The Facilities Management Lead is accountable for ensuring the effective strategic management of office accommodation, including leasing, maintenance and upgrades in accordance with relevant standards and contract requirements. This accountability is delivered through managing services delivered under relevant Memorandum of Agreements with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) and Department for Human Services (DHS).
This role is responsible for leading and improving protective security services across the SA Housing Trust, including developing, reviewing and implementing protective security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the wider South Australian Protective Security Framework requirements and legislation.
Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.Role Status
One short term opportunity up to 12 months.
Requirements
Desirable - Relevant tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Construction, Business or Management.
