It is a multi-skilled team covering a wide range of disciplines such as electrical installations, control systems, vacuum technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics.With this role we are looking to reinforce the team with an experienced Technician who enjoys combining hands-on maintenance and repair work with contractor management, and other activities that support the team leadership.Duties and tasksDomestic water checks/flushingEmergency lighting checksFire alarm checksSafe & Legal checksOffice furniture & fixture repairsMinor plumbing and possibly minor electrical repairsMachine coolant checksQualificationsFormal qualifications in an engineering-based disciplineExperienced in safe contractor managementGood general understanding of health, safety, and quality standards and ability to carry out risk assessments and write operating procedures to a high standardGood communication skills within a Team environment when working under pressure.Good IT skills with proficiency in standard office software and relevant software for data acquisition, treatment, and processing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
