This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will: Maintain and build good communications with key stakeholders. Undertake regular inspections/audits of business centre and record any defects through the Maintenance Service Centre software tool. Support in the initiation and delivery of new initiatives to ensure our Facilities Assets return on investment is delivered. Monitor scheduled maintenance on assets within our business centres to ensure our regulatory compliance requirements in keeping our employees, customers and community safe. Supervise and coordinate the engagement of contractors, obtaining quotes, and promptly arranging repairs of all essential services as directed by the Facilities Supervisor with the highest priority on safety and quality. Supervise and coordinate contractors and staff to perform maintenance to minimise unscheduled breakdowns and ensure the most efficient operation of plant and equipment. Manage and maintain Hastings Deering's Computer Maintenance Management systems associated with Facilities functions. Provide feedback and alternate solutions to ensure we meet our KPIs associated within the Facilities function. Why Hastings Deering?
