A Career with Point72's Facilities team Our Facilities team delivers a high level of corporate services supporting our offices around the globe, including real estate, property management, day-to-day operations, maintenance, provide assistance and support in the delivery of day-to-day facilities services and administrative functions for Sydney Office

What you'll do Maintain appropriate inventory of office supplies and pantry itemsManage reception desk, greet guests, and handle incoming phone callsPlan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of office maintenanceHelp inspect and maintain key parts of the office to ensure that all equipment is working properlyPrepare various reports for management review on bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basisCoordinate desk moves and other tasks required to maintain optimal seating layoutWork closely with Technology team to manage and maintain IT infrastructureAct as registered Fire, Disaster prevention representative for the office (arrange annual Fire/Disaster Prevention inspection and submit completed reports to local Fire Department, etc.)Partner with Accounting, Legal and Compliance to facilitate onboarding and invoicing of new suppliersCommunicate closely with the payment team to ensure invoices are processed in a timely mannerParticipate and assist in annual budget forecasting, review and monitor the budget implementation throughout the daily operationsMonitor performance of external vendors, liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure deliverables satisfy firm requirementsWork on ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed What's required Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity. Real estate or facilities management experience preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsSuperior customer service orientationStrong problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlinesA willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and assignmentsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointCommitment to the highest ethical standards About Point72 Point72 Asset Management is a global firm led by Steven Cohen that invests in multiple asset classes and strategies worldwide.
