Job TitleFacilities CoordinatorJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout the RoleJoin Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Facilities Coordinator, responsible for delivering day-to-day Facilities Management services. Collaborate with Site Operations Leads and Facilities Management Teams to ensure a safe and efficient environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. Meet financial, compliance, and regulatory requirements while exceeding KPI expectations.ResponsibilitiesEscalate risks and issues, respond to maintenance and service requests, and ensure contractor compliance with risk assessments and standards.Conduct property inspections and audits.Deliver site operations as per contract and support remote teams in developing client solutions.Develop budgets, manage supply chain vendors, and offer cost and benchmarking advice.Inform and consult stakeholders with a customer-first mindset and deliver exceptional customer service.Ensure routine tasks and preventative maintenance are completed and support the Asset Lifecycle plan.Follow global procure-to-pay processes, monitor vendor service delivery, and ensure compliance.Implement sustainable practices.Supervise and lead team members and provide 2IC support to the Facilities Manager.Model both Cushman & Wakefield and our client's culture and values, comply with health and safety obligations, minimize adverse environmental impacts, and engage with the Cushman & Wakefield CRE team.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in Facilities Management operations with expertise in regulatory compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused mindset.Experience in end-to-end FM deliverables, including financials and back-end process delivery.Experience in stakeholder/contractor management.Preferred: Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, CRE, or Property Management.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live, working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from:Being part of a growing global company.Career development and a promote from within culture.An organization committed to Diversity and Inclusion.We're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
