The opportunity We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate the repair, service, and maintenance of all Device Technologies Australia premises.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
As the first point of contact for all inquiries related to facilities management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities : Receives, manages, and processes building service requests; ensures problems are resolved quicklyObtain contractor quotes for building repairs and serviceCoordinate, escort and supervise contractorsEnsure all relevant licenses, certificates, permits are updated and kept on file for all trades working within DTA premisesLiaising with landlords / agents for access and repairs to base building equipmentOffice furniture repairs, new requests & moving of furnishingsTest and tag equipment in the NSW office, manage testing and tagging of interstate locationsLiase with DT WH&S team on WH&S issues relating to building maintenance activity are raised and resolvedManage company van bookings and vehicle maintenance including registration, servicing and repairsEnsure equipment register is maintained and updatedCreation of building services related purchase ordersOrder and maintain grocery levels at Belrose officeSupport the management of Device security and camera system including afterhours call outsTravel may be required to our other facilitiesMaintain a safe working environment and proactively identify and deal with issuesDraft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipmentEnsures safety standards are adhered to throughout facilityParticipates in emergency preparedness planning teamRegular site walk through and auditEngaged in strategic Facilities Management initiatives as requiredProvide support for the Facilities Manager across FM requirementsPerform any other duties as required which may include physical activitiesAbout you... Experience required : Valid drivers licenseAbility to work autonomously and also as part of a teamAbility to create and follow written processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar roleTest and Tag licenseFirst Aid certificateExperience with SAPInterested?
