The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Groups facilities across Melbourne and Canberra to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.


About the opportunity: Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, and services across multiple locations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to operational standards.Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, handling quotes, contracts, and service agreements while ensuring timely, quality service delivery.Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance, address maintenance requests promptly, and maintain inventory of tools and equipment.Space & Resource Planning: Assist with office space planning, office moves, and equipment management to meet operational requirements.Budget & Documentation: Track facility expenses, support budget planning, and maintain records of maintenance, contracts, and compliance documents, providing regular operational reports to management.
About you: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building systems and maintenance requirements.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address facility issues.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.Attention to Detail: Ensuring facility standards and compliance are consistently met.
