Job Description About the Role As the Facilities and Assets Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and our assets are managed efficiently.
You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement asset management strategies, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and support the organisation to meet our compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited too;
Facility Coordination: Assisting the manager in overseeing the daily operations of all Richmond Wellbeing services, including the Head Office.
This may involve coordinating maintenance, repairs, security, and access control.
You will work closely with the manager to ensure all sites remain safe, functional, and welcoming. Asset Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits to assess the condition of assets and ensure they are performing optimally and assist with inspections as directed by the leader.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, including tracking their lifecycle and performance.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Work closely with external contractors and service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
You will liaise with vendors and contacts to maintain relationships to ensure timely service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
Technology and Systems: Oversee the MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet software, ensuring timely response to work orders, maintaining up-to-date asset data, onboarding new users and the coordination of the motor vehicle fleet, overseeing vehicle inspections and fleet bookings.
Procurement and Inventory Management: Oversee procurement requests from ordering supplies to tracking deliveries.
This role is full-time working Monday to Friday, based in Cannington.

Desired Skills and Experience About You To be considered for this role, you will possess;
Qualifications: Diploma/Cert IV in Business or relevant qualification/experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience in property or residential services management is preferable.

  Skills and Experience: Professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds.
Positive "can-do" and proactive approach to working with people.

  Other Requirements: National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months) Valid Driver's license
