Staff benefits include hybrid work and discount study feesAbout the RoleSwinburne University of Technology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Campus and Asset Services team. The Facilities Administration Assistant is responsible for delivering high-level customer service across all Facilities and Services operations.The successful candidate will assist with a variety of activities, including operating the Service and Help Desk, processing invoices and work orders, and maintaining registers. The role will also support contract management processes, liaise with clients to assess their needs and ensure timely responses, and provide administrative support to the team under the direction of the Contract Coordinator and Associate Director, Campus and Asset Services.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
