Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Campus and Asset Services team. The Facilities Administration Assistant is responsible for delivering high-level customer service across all Facilities and Services operations.
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of activities, including operating the Service and Help Desk, processing invoices and work orders, and maintaining registers. The role will also support contract management processes, liaise with clients to assess their needs and ensure timely responses, and provide administrative support to the team under the direction of the Contract Coordinator and Associate Director, Campus and Asset Services.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Proven ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure.Strong attention to detail, working with accuracy.Relevant experience within an administration role within a multi-site business.Demonstrated ability in using finance management systems and proficiency in Microsoft applications including word processing and spreadsheets.Qualifications
Completion of Diploma/Cert IV Level Qualification with relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
