What you'll be doing? As a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Facilitator, you will be assisting participants who are 45+ years of age, supporting them back into work and guiding them through the process of taking on new career and new skills.
You will deliver, facilitate, and administer assessments, training, advice, and ultimately help them become more competitive in the local employment market.
Consult & assess applicants to determine their suitability for the programDelivery of the CTA program in a group training environmentDevelop skills of participants and assist them in obtaining sustainable and ongoing employmentBuild relationships with other jobactive providers, promoting benefits of the program to engage with potential participantsDevelop key relationships internally and externally (e.g., Government departments, local industry bodies such as the Business Chamber, Employers).Facilitate the CTA program in accordance with accreditation standards and contractual obligationsIs it a good fit? Are you an experienced trainer with Employment Services experience?
You will witness firsthand the positive changes in our clients that stem from their participation in this program under your leadership and guidance.
