Facade Design Coordinator / Project Coordinator / Drafter

About Us SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a well known windows and façade company which continuously experiencing significant growth and based in Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra. We are actively working with façade engineers and builders like Built, Crema, Cobild.
We are currently hiring for our R&D Department for Facade Design Coordinator or Project Coordinator Role. 
About the Role - Facade Design Coordinator or Project Coordinator We are currently looking for a Facade Design Coordinator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity. You will be provided with trainings of SEM systems and relevant industry regulations.
The ideals candidates duties will include, though will not be limited to
-     Communicating with China offshore R&D team
-     Liaising with estimators, productions, project managers and builders/architects to deliver the project
-     Liaising with architects and engineers to gather requirements and designs

Requirements:
-      Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role,
-      Able to use Autocad,
-      Attention to details,
-      Ability to meet deadlines,
-      Ability to work in a team,
-      Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills,
-      Can speak and read mandarin
