We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated F&B Manager to oversee operations at our newly established 5 star boutique hotel Lanson Place Parliament Gardens, Melbourne.This role will oversee the operations of our restaurant Restaurant Chronicle 502, our breakfast venue Albert Lounge, and our In-Room Dining operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the F&B teamManage day-to-day operations across all F&B outletsEnsure a consistently high standard of beverage and food service, creating memorable dining experiences.Oversee In-Room Dining operations, ensuring timely and exceptional service.Use guest feedback insights to enhance product and service delivery.Provide strong leadership and support for F&B teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.Conduct regular training programs to uphold brand standards and develop team skills.Manage performance reviews, including probationary and annual assessments, and address performance issues constructively.Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.Assist in preparing monthly reports and forecasts for all F&B outlets, analyzing key performance indicators.Develop action plans to meet profitability goals and address areas for improvement.Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and revenue streams for all outlets.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for F&B outlets.Maintain adherence to liquor licensing guidelines and ensure team compliance with RSA certifications.Oversee hygiene and safety standards in food handling, equipment maintenance, and workplace conditions as per legislative regulations.Address and report OH&S concerns, including unsafe conditions or equipment faults.Work closely with sales and events teams to plan and execute successful F&B events, ensuring alignment with guest expectations and hotel standards.What We're Looking ForWe are searching for a dynamic and passionate leader who thrives in luxury hospitality.
