The OpportunityWe are now inviting applications from a friendly and social F&B Service & Event Expert - Banquet (Casual) to work in our Event team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our guests with warm and engaging customer service at the hotel. Responsibilities include:
Responding to and fulfilling any special banquet event arrangements.Setting up the banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.Inspecting and maintaining table setups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards.Resolving any problems and documenting pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.About YouExperience working in a similar position in a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail.Passion and knowledge about food & beverage products.Excellent communication skills with a warm personality both in person and via mail.Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.Valid DoFoodSafely Certificate.Full working rights in Australia.Willingness to be flexible as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.To ApplyIf you are truly passionate about delivering the highest standards and want to be part of a diverse team who deliver exceptional hospitality, then please inquire today and submit your application.
