Intencity opened its first Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) and was wholly acquired by Village Roadshow Limited. We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks.
Intencity can be found in 5 FEC locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 60 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize, and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers, and adults alike.
About The Role
Reporting into the Location Manager at Marion Intencity, you will deliver customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of an entertainment complex.
Key Accountabilities Include Always providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers through recommendations, upselling, and general inquiries. General duties, including accurate cash handling and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
