The Practice Manager is responsible for growing and driving HPE Ezmeral software big data, ML and AI related professional services revenue for the region and to ensure the projects are delivered with a high level of customer satisfaction.
In addition to overseeing the region, your primary role will be to help sell and deliver high-quality Data, ML and AI projects as the professional services lead and HPE Ezmeral SME while working with the Account Executives to identify, drive and close new opportunities.
You will be responsible for understanding customers' desired business outcomes and help guide the project teams through the pursuit and execution of big data projects.
You will also participate to ensure a high customer renewal rate through service delivery excellence.Your Key Responsibilities:Meeting & exceeding professional services bookings and revenue objectivesEnsuring that our customers are consistently delighted with the professional services delivery experienceScoping and estimating projects, preparing and presenting proposals and statements of work as well as services contract negotiationsWorking with customer leaders to communicate the value of big data and big data delivery servicesMaintaining and managing services forecast and ensure streamlined communication with customers and internal resourcesWorking with regional and area sales leaders to ensure our sales teams are supportedDrive resolution of delivery challenges, address resource contentions, scoping issues and manage expectationsDeveloping, mentoring and coaching the professional services teams to ensure they are working at the optimum levelHelp build and grow the HPE big data presence and impact throughout the regionAbout You:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding professional services revenue goals as well as leading, managing, coaching and mentoring technical customer-facing resourcesAt least five years' experience in leading a technology focused professional services practice with a demonstrated track record of successBe well acquainted and expert with delivery methodologies and strong project management skillsAbility to present either in-person or via virtual sessions to both business and technical teamsThe candidate must be highly organized and ideally should have experience of taking an organization to the next stage of growth and maturity.Experience with big data and container related technologies, database, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) and/or ETL systems is strongly desiredStrong written and verbal communication skills are a mustBA/BS in a technical discipline is desirableWhat We Can Offer You:Health & Wellbeing: We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional Development: We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
