About the role We are seeking a passionate, ambitious and results-driven industrial sales professional to join our South Australian Sales Team based in Pooraka on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the SA & NT State Manager, you will be responsible for servicing an assigned territory (within Adelaide & regional SA) and providing your State Manager with weekly reports.

To succeed in this position, you will grow your territory share through market, product and geographical evaluation. You will optimise the presence of our product and solution-focused approach in all market segments by influencing and engaging customers .
You will have demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and meeting / exceeding your KPI's. In addition, you will:
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Be able to plan, prepare and present commercial and technical presentations. Have the ability to prepare large, complex technical quotations in a timely manner. Possess the ability to bid, close and manage a range of client orders. In conjunction with the State Manager, develop and implement sales strategy for your region. Meet and exceed your sales KPI's. Closely liaise with our manufacturing and distribution facilities. About you In this role, you will be critical in developing our markets to their full potential. The aim is to build on our existing customer base to create partnerships based on excellent customer service, and where possible, provide unique value-added solutions. You will be a self-motivated individual, with excellent communication skills. In addition, you will:
Be an active team player! Have a technical background (electrical or similar). Have previous experience in Business Development (highly regarded). Have exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. Possess strong problem-solving skills. Work with initiative and drive to achieve targets. Why work with TriCab?
