External Loss Adjuster | Commercial Property

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to join a well-established team.  You will be responsible for resolving Property claims by investigating, negotiating and presenting evidence on claims. You will also explore new business opportunities and maintain existing client relations through regular client contact.

**If you have Construction experience and are located anywhere in Australia the client would also be open to this. 

Responsibilities

• Successful management of a commercial property claim portfolio
• Field based assessment, negotiation and settlement of claims
• Participate in marketing activities to source new business and clients
• Compliance with client service requirements 
• Review files and reports as required
• Liaise with Property divisions interstate

Skills and Experience

•  Previous experience as a Property Loss Adjuster;  in a range of domestic and commercial claims would be beneficial
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology, practices and conditions
• Strong customer focus
• Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong report-writing skills
