We are currently seeking dedicated, motivated, and seasoned Retail Managers to join our MECCA family and take on a pivotal role in guiding the core of our business – our Stores. We are seeking expressions of interest in all roles across, including:
Store Manager
Floor Manager and Assistant Store Managers (2IC)
Zone Manager (3IC)
Store Operations Manager
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targets
Mentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional development
Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experience
Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
What success looks like in this role:
Our ideal candidates will have the following:
A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a store manager
Store Managers will have a minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment
Experience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment
An 'elbows-out' mindset and a passion for all things beauty
Proven ability to drive key sales outcomes
A relentless desire to ensure operational effectiveness with a strong understanding of back of house operations
The ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building strong relationships built on trust, empathy, and transparency
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
