Partner with our reputable Project Development and Services business to foster a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, clients and sub-contractors.An Overview of the role: We have a mix of opportunities available, requiring both corporate and on-site support -Understand relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and apply it within the context of the PDS business or our clients operationsFamiliarize yourself with external requirements under ISO and Office of the Federal Safety Commission (OFSC) certificationsUnderstand client requirements, management systems and scopes of work and deliver high standards of workConduct project reviews and provide valuable insights from a health, safety, environment, and quality perspectiveConduct site visits, engage in HSE activities, and carry out audits to ensure compliance and completion of corrective actionsManage incidents according to our management systems and client requirementsConduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement systemic solutionsDesign and deliver training programs for internal stakeholdersContribute to the development of National HSEQ Strategies and initiativesLead the implementation of management system improvement initiativesReview contractor HSE documentation and suggest recommendations for improvementEnsure the implementation of appropriate systems to meet contractual obligationsParticipate in risk discussions and workshops to support successful project deliveryProvide reactive support for incidents, even outside regular business hoursBe a champion for JLL's One Team S.A.F.E.R.
