APS 4 - Workforce Planning Officer (Workforce Engagement) $76,277 - $83,274 + up to 15.4% superannuation The Role The role will include engaging with stakeholders across Defence, regarding workforce information and reporting. You will be responsible for organising and administrating the way workforce information is delivered to stakeholders and prepare responses to routine and ad hoc requests for workforce information. You will influence stakeholders and equip them with the right information to manage their workforce. You will play an important role in contributing to data literacy uplift across the organisation. About our Team The role of the Workforce Analytics team is to provide integrated strategic level workforce information, analysis, guidance and advice on the current and predicted future health of the ADF, APS and combined workforces.  Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will be able to understand workforce information and use it to engage persuasively with a wide range of audiences.
