Day- to -day responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance ; helping our customers to find the best scent for th em and making sureeveryone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through - out the store
What success looks like in this role: Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
Highly skilled attaking customer s on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for the ir needs , whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day.
Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing
