We are seeking an experienced and motivatedLeading Handto join our dynamicRural Civil Constructionteam inregional and metro locations across South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to the development of essential infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, fostering a strong safety culture. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in aLeading Handrole incivil construction, ideally in rural or regional projects. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other civil construction activities. Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site. Why Bild Group?
