Troubleshooting Skills :
Proficient in troubleshooting via telephone, on-site visits, and remote sessions. Technology Installation and Troubleshooting :
Expertise in installing and troubleshooting network devices like Switches, Routers, and WAPs. Skilled in configuring Layer 2 technologies such as VLANs. Experience with setting up Meraki APs and Ubiquiti p2p/p2mp devices. Proficient in installing server infrastructure and resolving physical installation issues. Capable of installing and troubleshooting client systems including EUC devices, Digital Signage, and CCTV Cameras/NVRs. Technical Knowledge :
Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco/Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Antaira, and Palo Alto. Understanding of Camp Entertainment systems, Windows Server, Client Systems, and CCTV systems. Key Skills/Experience :
Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team and individual relationship management. Previous experience in FIFO Mining/Construction preferred. Effective task and stakeholder management skills, including working well under pressure and executing tasks efficiently.
