Desired Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in aged care is essential.Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support/Health Service Assistance is essential.An understanding of dementia and mental health.An outgoing and friendly personality.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to work in high-pressure situations.The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents.A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia (if required) are essential for this role.This is an expression of interest application.
