Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Debt Recovery Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

About the role We are currently seeking multiple Debt Recovery Officers. In this role, you will be required to:
Assist with debt recovery processesPrepare invoicesWork to resolve issues, guided by legislation, policies, and proceduresMaintain workload databases to provide internal and external reportingReceive and process documentationContribute to achieving team Key Performance IndicatorsSkills and Experience Strong experience within the finance industry is highly desirableHigh level of written and analytical skillsPrioritisation, organisation, and time managementAbility to take initiative and work autonomouslyAbility to comply with all legislative and policy requirementsStrong communication skills and resilienceAbility to effectively manage complex and competing prioritiesJoin Randstad's community of contractors for customer service roles across various Government departments.
