About the Opportunity Securecorp is providing an expression of interest for Control Room Operators.
Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Monitor, operate and review CCTV system. Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and writing accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities, and visitor logs. Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures. Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security personnel. Access control to personnel, employees, and visitors. Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises. Key Selection Criteria Strong administrative skills, computer competency, and excellent email etiquette. Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels – Desirable. Knowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint - Highly regarded. Key Certifications Must have current Security Licence with Control Room Certification endorsement. Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Valid Driver's licence with Transport. Experience with Fire Panels. It is essential that you have the flexibility to work rotating rosters and the willingness to work nights/weekends. Employee Benefits Employee rewards and commendations.
