About The Role
 
The Client Service Manager performs administrative duties to cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication to ensure key information and documentation remain current. Additionally, the individual will be able to work in partnership with the financial advice team to produce strategy reports and develop customized financial plans for clients. 
 
Key Accountabilities Facilitation of all administrative client queriesClient on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation, creation of client record in MSWM systems.Arrange and assist with maintenance of client account and records, in line with current AML/CTF, KYC RegulationsIPO and corporate action allocation managementPreparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as requiredAssist in client asset transfers, including cash, both domestically and internationallyProcess and monitor stock settlements, including follow up with clients regarding outstanding funds.Prioritise competing adviser requests in a fast paced environmentEstablish and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders and departmentsParticipate in department cross-training as requiredParticipate in process development initiatives in increase efficienciesProactively notify client/s and FA/s of any issues recommending a solution and timeframeComply with the ethical standards contained within the Company Code of Conduct Qualifications Qualifications Education/ Experience Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience RG 146 compliant – if not held, a requirement to undertakeAdditional product licenses may be required Knowledge/ Skills Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skillsDetail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksExpertise in Australian and global securities marketsKnowledge of Australian and US securities regulations and compliance requirements Equal Opportunity Statement Morgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
