About the role As an Animal Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and enjoyment of dogs in our daycare. No two days are the same! Key responsibilities include:
Supervising dog groups, managing behaviours and ensuring their safety and well-beingProviding engaging and stimulating play sessions and activitiesCleaning and maintaining the facility to high standardsBuilding relationships with pet owners and providing daily feedbackCreating photo and video content for dog ownersHandling administrative tasks like answering enquiries and record keepingAbout you Flexible availability between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to FridayConfident to handle larger dog breeds and manage dog behavioursA passion for working with dogs and learning more about canine behaviourComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentGreat communication skills and a strong customer service focusComfortable with computer systems (emails, booking platform) and phone applications (social media, filming and editing basic video content)Available to attend a lawful unpaid work trial shift (operated within The Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines)Why Kip Happy Stays?
