Export Officer

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an Export Officer with excellent logistical and administrative skills to join their team.
Chullora location with parking on site Immediate Start Exciting opportunity to work for a leading company in its field As an Export Officer, you will be an integral part of warehouse operations, providing essential support in various areas including carton converting, procurement communication, and third-party logistics (3PL) support.
The role will revolve around displaying high attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:  Email management  Handling inbound/outbound calls  Coordinate the timely procurement of materials and supplies  Provide support and assistance to third-party logistics partners Create and manage excel spreadsheets  Checking stock reports against export purchase orders  Arranging freight quotes  Identify opportunities for process improvement  Requirements High excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics  Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations Strong organisational skills  Pro-active problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication  High attention to detail  To be considered for this role, you must possess: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a warehouse admin/export officer Full Working Rights (Citizenship or PR) If this role aligns with your skills and interests, please apply now by emailing your resume to ******.
