What role you will play?Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility You will work closely with our Financial Management Group on forecasting the profit share pool and understand the associated accounting impacts. You will be the key contact to obtain financial data for Board Remuneration Committee papers and Remuneration Reports to support their engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies. You will be involved in the preparation of various remuneration disclosures, peer remuneration arrangements, and market benchmarking. In addition, identify and develop solutions, provide advice and guidance using data analysis, modelling, and interpretation to improve the governance and efficiency of remuneration processes and reduce associated risks.
