We are seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of technology and digital health projects. This senior role requires a proven track record in managing complex, multi-vendor projects, and will require a leader with a strong ability to engage stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and deliver projects within an established governance and assurance framework.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with project management frameworks, and maintaining a high level of project risk management. You will also lead the development of integrated project schedules, manage resources, and facilitate technical discussions to ensure project objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage technology and digital health projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, tracking dependencies, deliverables, and progress while managing project risks.Define and manage project requirements and scope, ensuring compliance with the Agency's project management framework, policies, and procedures.Perform leadership duties by coaching and mentoring project teams, fostering career development, and providing performance feedback.Engage with key stakeholders, negotiate, and resolve complex, sensitive, and challenging project-related issues.Monitor project performance, identify emerging issues, and take corrective actions to ensure alignment with project plans and Agency objectives.Ensure proper risk management, conducting regular risk assessments, and leading mitigation strategies.Maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with governance and security requirements.Provide expert project management advice and guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Essential Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience in managing technology and digital health projects in a multi-vendor environment.High-level stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues.Strong leadership ability with a proven track record of leading project teams and managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects.Expertise in project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMP).Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.Additional Requirements:Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance (with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required).Ability to obtain and maintain a national police check.Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
