There is a manageable number of jobs in the round, enabling you to oversee every component of the build and maintain quality control standards.Requirements of the roleExperience Assessing and managing safety hazards and ability to drive safety cultureBe able to manage multiple projects at any one timeDeliver and maintain a high quality and have an active quality trade base.Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum)Be able to work independent and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.IT and computer competency.Experience in the first homebuyer single storey market.Full clean driving licence.Are you the right person?Do you work well in a team environment?Are you a good communicator with a strong Northern Suburbs trade base?Is having fun and being positive in the workplace important to you?Why should you consider the role?Be a part of an innovative, progressive residential builder that values relationships, authenticity, personal development and transparent communication.
