About the Role: As the Service Manager, you'll report to the Group Fixed Operations Manager and oversee the Ballina site's Service Operations. You'll play a key role in delivering first-class service to our valued customers and ensure that our team is fully supported and engaged. Here's what you'll be doing:
Managing customer expectations and handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and careSupporting Service Advisors, Technicians, and all support staff to maximize performance and maintain an outstanding customer experienceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs to support programs and ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and warranty standardsAnalysing KPIs, tracking department performance, and implementing changes to meet our goalsDriving the business's financial performance by implementing strategies that boost revenue, control costs, and increase overall profitabilityAbout You: This role is perfect for an experienced Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or a Senior Service Advisor looking to step up in their career. Strong communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of the roleA knack for understanding and troubleshooting service-related issuesExperience in evaluating staff and technician efficiency to enhance productivityProven track record of contributing to growth in previous service departmentsFamiliarity with department financials and KPIs, and an ability to interpret and act on themWhat's in it for You?
