As we expand our offerings, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to help us reach new heights in retail partnerships.
About the Role: We are on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to showcase our exciting new product ranges to retailers. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for the retail industry. You will spend your days on the road, actively servicing our existing customer base while forging new relationships and uncovering fresh business opportunities. This role has an OTE of $100,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, super, generous bonuses throughout the year and travel expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to broaden our customer base.
- Select high-potential clients for marketing initiatives to maximize immediate and future sales.
- Create a strategic call cycle for accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Represent our brand professionally across all accounts while clearly communicating our services and policies.
- Keep management informed of any developments that may impact the territory's economic landscape or growth potential.
- Utilize company-provided literature and promotional materials effectively.
- Maintain accurate territory records and reports as required by management.
- Undertake additional tasks as necessary to support the team's objectives.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including presentation skills, influencing techniques, and rapport building.
- Merchandising and planogram experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a robust work ethic.
- An eye for detail and strong attention to surroundings.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to regional areas every 3-5 weeks as needed.
