Your Role: Prospecting for new clientsResponding to enquiriesPreparing and presenting appraisals & associated documentationManaging clients and ensuring they are updated throughout the campaign/sale/purchaseConducting open homes throughout the Hervey Bay RegionMinimum Requirements: Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or LicenseCurrent driver's license, reliable car, and mobile phoneMinimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in QueenslandThorough understanding of the sales process and current legislationProactive approachExceptional presentation, attitude, and work ethicHighly motivated, driven, and dedicated with a commitment to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to thrive in a team cultureIf you have the qualifications and are looking for a sea change, apply today!
