Experienced Property Lawyer (1-2 years PAE)Keylaw is an established and well-known law firm practicing exclusively in helping people move home, with 9 locations throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality legal services to our clients and are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our growing team in Townsville.
The Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of property transactions and provide advice on more complex conveyancing matters.
Your expertise and passion for property law will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate complex property issues.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and provide sound advice on complex property mattersDraft and review property-related contracts, leases, and agreementsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure excellent client serviceStay up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulationsRequirements: A current Queensland practicing certificate1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in property lawStrong knowledge of property law principles and REIQ/ADL contractsExcellent research and drafting skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standardsWhat We Offer: Exposure to intelligent peers and leaders, across our innovative and growing companyBe part of a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diversity and creativityFlexible working arrangements and a healthy work-life balanceAccess to short-term incentives, including fruit, lunches, coffee, company events and moreJoin Keylaw and be part of a team dedicated to excellence in property law.
