With our ongoing commitment to high standards in care, we are recognized as leaders in our industry and reputable providers of quality Aged Care, Mental Health Care, and Disability Support Services.With 1,100+ employees working across our 14 care facilities located throughout Australia, including WA, QLD, VIC, and NSW, we require the services of a highly skilled Payroll Officer passionate about accuracy to enhance our small, tight-knit Payroll Team.About the RoleAs the new Full-Time Payroll Officer, you will join the Payroll Team at our Roshana Head Office site located in Burswood. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for facility staff employees on a weekly basis, reporting directly to the Payroll Lead, with all Finance Departments reportable to the Chief Financial Officer.We would consider candidates with less experience who are willing to train, with possible progression to Payroll Officer in the future.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end payroll processing adhering to relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislative compliance.Employee onboarding setup and maintenance of all payroll information within the payroll systems (Care Systems and MYOB).Action employee contract variations, backpay calculations, adjustments, and terminations.Attend to payroll emails and enquiries as received to the group inbox.Maintain digital and physical filing of controlled documents.Assist HR and other departments with requests for reports and data.Assist with EOFN, EOM, and EOFY reports and procedures.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Payroll Officer in high volume payroll.Proficient knowledge of payroll systems and processes.Strong understanding of taxation, superannuation, and workers' compensation regulations.Experience interpreting Awards, EBAs, and legislation.High level attention to detail with a keen eye for data.High level of speed and accuracy.Superior numeracy skills and abilities.Strong to advanced skill levels in Excel, MYOB, and general computer literacy.Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.Culture and Benefits:A competitive industry salary package commensurate with skills and experience.On-the-job training and support provided.Access to Roshana Care Group Employee Assistance Program.Roshana Care Group respects and embraces diverse perspectives, experiences, and traditions.Roshana Care Group values each employee's contribution towards achieving its business objectives.Our culture of compassion, respect, communication, teamwork, and integrity supports the development of staff and ensures the wellbeing of all employees.How To Apply?You can submit your application by clicking on 'Apply' (Please attach an updated resume and a cover letter).Please note, due to the high volume of applicants, only successful applicants will be contacted.Want to know more about Roshana Care Group?
