Experienced Pastry Cook

A well-established family-owned Wholesale Bakery based in the Northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook.
This position is a full-time role, qualifications and previous experience in a similar role will be necessary.

We require:
Fully qualified Pastry Cook Minimum of 2 years' experience is essential Knowledge of baking, methods of mixing, baking times, and baking temperatures Knowledge of bakery products Ability to follow Glenroy Bakery recipes and bake on a large scale Able to operate Bakery equipment and ovens Required for Sunday to Thursday – day shift The candidate must have a strong work ethic with a willingness to be part of a busy team A self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure Can adhere to all Food Safety & OH&S regulations.
