Experienced New Car Sales Person

Hidden Valley Ford and Subaru Darwin is a part of Regent Motors, an expanding automotive company in Northern Territory and Western Australia. We are looking to expand our team by seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our sales team.
Sales experience is essential and the following are the requirements for this role: Previous experience as either a new or used car salesperson. A proven successful record of achieving set vehicle sales targets. Exceptional customer focus coupled with a strategic sales approach. Highly organised, along with great communication and negotiation skills. Current manual driver's license. Leadership qualities are highly regarded as there are opportunities that become available for assistant management roles. The right candidate must be able to: Build and maintain good customer relationships Work autonomously or in a team environment Communicate well Meet sales targets to achieve budget We in return offer successful applicants: The right applicant will be remunerated with an above award package based on skills/experience.
