Experienced Architectural Graduate / Project Architect

Contract Control Services Pty Ltd  is looking for an Experienced Architectural Graduate / Project Architect to work in West Melbourne Office, VIC.  
The  Experienced Architectural Graduate / Project Architect plays an integral role within our team providing direct support to the Operations Manager.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and a highly organized team player with a focus on design experience In this role, you will:
Contribute to design development and project delivery.Assist in producing drawings, renderings, and presentations.Collaborate with teams and support sustainable design strategies Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture and 3+ years Australian post-graduate experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software desirableProficiency in ArchiCAD preferred (not essential)Assisting in developing innovative design solutionsStrong Revit modelling and construction documentation skillsPractical working knowledge of the BCA apply codes, standards and guidelinesStrong communication and teamwork skills.Passion for design innovation and fast-paced environments.Authority approvalsConsultant coordinationStakeholder presentationsManagement of meetings, minutes and mark-upsCollaboration with a close-knit team of designersCritical thinking and problem-solving abilityEye for detail; a meticulous and methodical approachExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of residential construction methodologyStrong knowledge of Council controls and regulationsStrong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards Recruitment Agencies
