Experience And Commercial Manager – Qm

The Experience and Commercial Manager will deliver an exceptional visitor experience that optimises strategic goals for visitation, revenue and brand at Queensland Museum Tropics Townsville (QMT).
In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the Head of QMT to deliver on QM strategic priorities and provide leadership by managing the Experience and Commercial portfolio across all areas of the operation including visitor experience, hospitality and events, partnerships, and retail.
You will build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders while working in partnership with other departments to deliver inspired experiences and budgeted revenues.
