Experience and Commercial Manager, MuseumThe Experience and Commercial Manager will deliver an exceptional visitor experience that optimises strategic goals for visitation, revenue and brand at Queensland Museum Tropics Townsville (QMT).
In this hands-on role you will work closely with Head, QMT to deliver on QM strategic priorities & provide leadership by managing the Experience and Commercial portfolio across all areas of the operation including visitor experience, hospitality and events, partnerships and retail.
You will build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver inspired experiences and budgeted revenues.
