Clough in a joint venture with BMD, is proud to announce that we have been awarded by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.
We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to work within our Supply Chain team, based out of the Darwin project office.

Your focus willinclude:
Expediting vendor deliverables, maintaining supplier relationships, conducting regular progress meetings and maintaining the Project Expediting Status Report (ESR).
Liaising with Engineering, Quality and Construction functional groups to ensure JV commitments are met on time.
Supports the SCM team in achieving project scheduled targets with the delivery of goods and documents.
Monitor and report delays in the delivery of documentation and goods.
Manage logistics from Vendor to project site.
What you will bring to the team:
5+ years of relevant experience in materials expediting/project procurement/logistics/supply chain.
Previous experience with Vendor Management and engagement.
Experience in expediting delivery of purchases and associated Supplier documentation.
Knowledge and understanding of materials management systems and processes.
Practical experience of maintaining purchasing /expediting data in materials management systems.
Experience and demonstrable ability in collaboratively managing internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are achieved to budget and schedule.
Project experience in the Construction, Mining, Engineering or Resources industry will be highly regarded.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and large ERP Supply chain systems is required, with SAP experience being highly regarded.
