About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Administrator, Accounts Assistant to join our client ' s team. This position is a Monday to Friday roster, 8 hours per day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Looking for an admin assistant that can multi task, has a great phone manner and complete administration tasks
B e confident answering the phone
Be confident talking on a two way - they will be required to engage in traffic control for the yard - let drivers in the yard and direct them
Show initiative and be able to work autonomously
Skills & Experience Required:
Have basic Excel skills
Experience in hire control an advantage as well as previous OHS experience
Have experience with accounts payable and receivable
