Set to open in January 2025, our team of Exercise Scientists are dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.By combining traditional exercise science methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.
