The role As an Executive Support Officer/ Senior Paralegal, you will provide high-level admin support, including client engagement, business development and operations management. Your role will be critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of both Allygroup and AllyOne, driving efficiency, strategic goals, and operational excellence. This position offers a unique chance to work across a variety of functions, making a meaningful impact on both companies.

Key Responsibilities Attention to Detail & Organisation: Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all tasksGeneral Administration: Undertake general administration tasks, including scheduling, document management, correspondence, and office support.Senior Paralegal Support: Undertake senior paralegal duties, including legal research, document drafting, case management, and compliance support.EO and EA Support: Undertake EO and EA support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation, business development, marketing, stakeholder liaison, event coordination, and handling confidential information.Communication and Reporting: Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with strategic priorities.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted liaison with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.Practice management: Support and drive key projects, monitoring progress and delivering outcomes that contribute to organisational success. About You You are a highly motivated professional with the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven Experience: Extensive experience in an Executive Officer/Executive Assitant, Senior Paralegal, or similar senior-level support role, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Exceptional Organisational Skills: A track record of managing complex priorities with precision and efficiency.Strategic Insight: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.Outstanding Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal and project management software.Professional Integrity: Demonstrated discretion, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to excellence.
