Executive Support Officer / Office ManagerAbout the roleThis full-time Executive Support Officer / Office Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Focused on Care, a leading disability service provider located in Toowoomba, Queensland.
In this pivotal position, you will provide high-level executive support and office management services to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
What you'll be doing Provide dedicated and proactive executive-level support to the senior leadership teamManage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office systems and proceduresCoordinate executive-level meetings, travel arrangements and calendarsAct as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersOversee office operations, including the leadership of the administration team, managing facilities and liaising with service providersAssist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for Strong experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, ideally in a healthcare or professional services environmentExceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approachProficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offerFocused on Care is committed to providing a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our employees.
