About the Role
The Executive Support Officer provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO, Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and Board, facilitating efficient day-to-day operations and assisting in key projects. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High level of professionalism and ability to handle a busy workload and shifting priorities. Adaptability in dealing with a variety of personalities and working styles. What We Need Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred but other skills and experience may be considered). At least 3-5 years' experience as an executive assistant or similar role, ideally in a dynamic work environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office management software (especially Microsoft and Teams). Ability to remain calm, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. High level of proficiency in social media platforms.
