This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025Eastern Goldfields College is a progressive Independent Public School which caters for students in Year 11 and 12.

It is the College vision for our students to achieve high academic, vocational and social standards by fully embracing the learning opportunities that the co-located site provides.Find out more about our school by visiting or The RoleThe Executive Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the school's Executive team, providing administrative support to the principal and other members of the Executive team.
This includes extracting data from various data systems and undertaking data analysis which supports annual reporting, school and financial planning objectives.
They should also assist the Leadership team with undertaking event related activities, manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, establish, and maintain effective communication networks with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a confidential electronic filing system as instructed by the principal.The successful applicant will ideally possess high-level oral, written, and interpersonal communication, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
